He was tryn to make me look mean and etc.You know the role they try to do fighting for custody.Well,I beat the two best Attorneys in town for my son.The Judge said i was a highly intelligent lady.I went threw living hell though going to jail endless times his people he paided off commiting perjury.I thought one day in my living room,This man wont stop till I get away from here~ And thats what I did.Cause he was tryn to plant my buns in prison.Well In tampa,They had taken my horses away from me.I had a video the day before they took them.The video shows there WAS FOOD,And there wasnt a rib showing on these animals.I think it was back in 1990.As I was tryn to fight the case,Not knowing much what to do.When it was about time for court,I had my vet check the feces of the horses so in court I could prove what they were sayn wasnt true,Pure lies.Well my vet had gotten a phone call the night before court stating the court date was canceled.She had proof ,They DID EAT,and they didnt have worms.Conderdicting what agriculture was stating.As I brought in a stack full of reciepts proving it,They said it wasnt permisable in court because my name wasnt on the feed store reciepts.I was in shock when they showed pictures of my horses they starved,to show them very thin.I started cryn in court,and said YOU STARVED MY HORSES! I also asked the Judge if i could AGAIN ask agriculture if they saw food for these horses.They stated No! I said they are lie'n.Because I had 5 barrels of food.I had crimped oats,Cracked corn,Alfafa cubes,Brain,Sweet feed and pellets.Plus 17 hundred pounds of hey in my back yard.The day they took them,They All walked up to them and saw them.Well if I would of known they were gonna starve my horses,I would of brought in the video As I STILL HAVE THAT VIDEO.But I didnt know what to do at the time.Because the Judge ordered I get two back.Well when i got the two back,My filly was knocked up in there care,Because they thought my stallion was a gelding.Well,They took them for the second time over a neighbor lie'n sayn I was beating them.Well Again My filly was knocked up a second time from there care.So she was feeding a baby filly,and pregnant.I was really upset over the intire ordeal.But ended up loosing my horses as they blamed me,and it wasnt me~It was them.Agricultor who had done all the damage.George Hammill Just moved there, lived the next block over,Came over and said,Shar,I couldnt lie about you in court as 4 others did.He said I wanted you to know your x was payn these people off.I told him I knew it.But he had to RUN out of town,Cause he was gonna blow the whistle on them,They tried tracking him down,He said they followed him 150 miles out of the state of Fla.My X had alot of money. I had gotten one day a bunch of tickets from Greg Harrison.I was Prepared to face the battle to justify the prank stuff they were doing in court.To ruin the reputations of animals that were instigated to do things,Stolen,And etc.I had the photos,The Chut chains,Etc.Peyton Hyslop told me he'd take these cases on for free.But i did find it odd,He ran across me at Ranch Hand Feed store,where I hung out.I got along great with every one there.So the first day Peyton said he's pick me up and bring me home from court.I felt honored.Ive been in love with this man many years and never could talk to him.I stated to him driving down the road,I said it figures its my luck,Your driving me to court and its not a date.We went to court.He told me they dropped the tickets.I thought dang,I knew he was good but not that good.BUT THAT WASNT TRUE.There were court dates he never told me about,Went in fighting for me as I ASSUMED.He wasnt fighting for me,On cases I was pleading not guilty,After the 30 days was up,I was wondering why he didnt help the wolves because they came here and took 13 puppys.He was pleading guilty on my behalf and i never knew it.Then I understood WHY he didnt mail me the final dispostion as I called his office many times and asked for it.He was sitting on my bed,Said Shar,Ill read this to you because I know you cant see.He read it to me,I didnt want to sign it,Because it stated they wanted to come HERE to take pictures of every single one.I stated NO PEYTON!Thats a trap to get them all.He said no its not.I said YES IT IS.He said they gave you 60 days to get tags.That wasnt true.I got there tags though,For all the adult hybrids.And I also pervided pictures of each one to Animal control so they had a copy,and I knew which tag went to which.When I had gotten all the tags,We all applauded in Animal Control.I was happy I accomplished the task.So there was NO REASON,I should of been called back to court.But I was.I was called into court by a Crimminal Judge Scaglione.I thought to myself,What in the heck did I do wrong to of had a court date made for his court room.I told the judge,Why am I here,I said I never was charged with anything.You never gave me a public defendar.I said also That the judge had this all planned out before I had gotten there.Because He was laughing between Arlene Ballenger in Animal Control constanly.I had to defend myself.I showed the Judge the Tags I had gotten.I showed him appointment cards for the pups to see there vet.I had also showed him about 4 to 5 days prior that I was in the vet for the pups to get them dewormed and also coccida medicine to keep on hand just in case of anything.I had wormed the pups with Butch and Amy.So there was witness's to me worming them.Their pens were always clean,Amy and butch can witness that,Cause they came out every morning stayed all day long,Cause they were working out Labor for the value of a couple pups they wanted.So I knew for a fact,When they Animal Control said they had worms,I knew that was false.I took a picture of their tongues being bright red.Not pale nor white.When they stated they had sores all over them,I said WHERE ARE THE SORES?I said there is No Sores!They said they were infested with Fleas,I flipped them over,There wasnt a single flea on them.I took a picture of their bellies.They said the pads of their feet were ripped off,urine burns,I flipped the pup over,SAID WHERE!!!! I SAID their pads arent ripped off,And the pens were VERY CLEAN.They showed other peoples animals feet in court,They werent my puppys paws.They were Brown like a dobermans paw.The vet report they had Wasnt even a vet report.They had Pictures they said of my horse on Cement.My horse wasnt on cement that day.She was in the side pasture.Plus it wasnt my horse.Cause my horse doesnt stand with her legs that far apart.Plus THEY NEVER HAD A CAMERA THAT DAY<I DID.It was like they were wired to have someone else hear them.Because they were lie'n so badly it was unreal.They said only 2 had adiqeunt shelter.Thats a lie,They was shelter every where,Even in each pen.They said the pens had alot of feces.I took pictures,THEY WERE SPOTTLESSLY CLEAN! I thought to myself,These people are crazy! I said out loud,Im gonna su the living hell out of you all for stealing my puppys.Deputy Little lied 4 times on a report.I said on a later date talking to him by phone cause he called me,I said why did you lie?He stated I only said what animal control wanted me to say.I said but it was YOUR REPORT.I said you said one didnt have water.I said then you just told me there was too many in a pen.I said IF one didnt have water,That would of ment more then one didnt have water.I said but the thing was there was more then one water in each pen.I also said,There was 5 under 8 week old pups to a largest pen they make 10 foot by 10 foot.I said THATS SMALL?I said I hardly think so.There werent in cages!Plus they seperated the under 8 weeks old from there moms.Plus they had a girl sent in that traded me a leather elk Native American dress,For a pup.She signed a contract that if she got that pup under age,That she was respouncible for the health of that animal and vet bill.I always dropped the value $150 .00 for them,To make sure it got to a vet.So even if they had gotten sick because of Their care,They could take care of the situation.But the girl Cheyenne had the same IP address thats been harrassing me.I knew what she was up too before she even got to my place.I knew that Everything was fine here.She also told me she was a vet tec.So I felt at ease a bit thanking god,Someone knew something,But I also knew that she'd have access to vet pads.Plus acess to other clients pictures of there sick animals.She lied said she drove 4 1/2 hours to get here.But when I went to the Chief of Cherokees,Billy Rainwater BARNES(HE NEVER WORKED FOR THE GOV. August 28, 2006 August 28, 2006 8:16 PM I broke out of the cage last night and had a real wild time~It was deffinatly DIFFERANT.Ever go on a date and they tell ya theres a Native American Burrial ground by there home they wanted me to see~ I was hessitent to go~It wasnt like the Most idle place to meet someone thats for sure when considering there is only dirt mounds for their graves~But i actually enjoyed myself speaking Native amwerican to the spirits~It was great.I felt actually a peaceful Feeling~ Then We also went to Sams Beach Bar on The beach,With neon lights,Tiki huts,Over looking a wanna be sunset.Wooden decks,The place is deffinatly my favorite place to go!Had a Super good time!Enjoyed it alot~Hoping it will happen again sometime soon~Its always good to meet good friends~Im so burned out from the vendictive people that its really refreshing to know there are humane beings out there that act normal.Well phones ringn.,Gotta get it. |
