Well, I think Ive made so many Websites That, I should offer to you my help in Creating one for you.Or Just Make one for you.JUST ASK.
But what I Will Do on these pages, Is help Beginners out on WHAT TO DO.

If your Looking for a Excellant Innernet Provider, Id go Earthlink.net. Ive tried them all. Earthlink has a huge mailing systom, Never bumps offline.You can use Outlook express,Which I love Outlook, Because you can use your own photos for back ground.
   Go to:Create/Format/Background/Picture.
                       Or you can use a Color Back ground go to: Create /Formate/Background/Color
                       Or you can add Music to your letter.
   Go to: Create/Format/BackGround/Music.
   If you want to place a photo into your stationary or letter, You go to:
Click on the Body of the letter/ Incert /Picture
If you want to Send Attachments,Make sure there small.Way to do this is/
Go To:Create/Incert /File attachment/Choose.If Picture is too BIG,(Over 150 kb.) Click on the picture,Right click, Open up in PAINT,Then image/stretch /skrew/top numbers 15 instead of 100.save as.replaces the huge file with a more reasonable file size.if you want to keep the lg file.then just add a 1 after its name ,save as.

Say you dont have a camera,But you want a photo of whats on your desk top.Could be anything. This is what you do~After F12,Is print screen,Go to:Paint/Edit/Paste/File/SAVE AS.

Its real Simple: Take your Mouse,Right click over what you want highlighted to move.
Then Right Click again,Click on Copy or Cut.Copy copies it, Cut removes it,Then Right click on Where you want it put,Then Right click again/Paste.
