1. This is Hernando County Officer Arlene Ballenger in this Photo. Arlene is Known for stealing Healthy animal's from society, and secertatly profiting off them,hiding it actually from OUR GOV.They didnt just steal 157 Animals. They Stole 250 Animals.
2. The Same person Jill Bash..Was the One Who stole her Horses ,Parrots and etc.The Same Girl as you read later in my Book, Conspired to Steal MINE!
3.They want people to think they should be clapping their hands on the success of taking in these Animals.LETS GET ONE THING STRAIGHT. ANIMAL CONTROL IS NOT A RESCUE SHELTER.ANIMAL CONTROL IS A SLAUGHTER HOUSE. So by all means,By calling Animal Control on Some one ,Isnt a plus TOO THE ANIMALS. But A huge Minus!
4. They try to use words like Hoarders,Puppy mills, etc so you think, "Oh Thank God they got them" WRONG, They use Monipulation on the Public so The Public doesnt further investigate there Aqusations.
5.They also Tell the Owners your animals have been euthilised so YOU GIVE UP ON FILING ANY KIND OF SUIT AGAINST them thinking, Our Pets dead.Theres No Use.I guarentee your Healthy Pets Not Dead at All, But sold on the side to cheat the Gov out of BIG BUCKS!
6. These People need to be put in Prison.Their causeing Both All of Society to Be Put on SSI, for Post tramatic. And the Animals get it as well.IF YOU DONT THINK A PERSON DEVELOPES POST TRAMATIC, AFTER THEIR BABYS HAVE BEEN TAKEN AWAY AND THE TRAMA THEY WENT THROUGH,THINK AGAIN!
7. After Most of these Cases, A person is so tramatised they cant function To get a Attorney. Plus Most Attorneys dont do these types of cases. They Figure if they thretten you with a bag full of citations you will freely give up your animals in fear of what they will do to you in Court.NOW there not giving citatrions.WHY? because that only proves they stole your Animals. Now they steal them,walk away with your animals, and you cant get a attorney because theres no charges to fight against. Fighting Animal Control is like Fighting City Hall.They say YOU CANT FIGHT CITY HALL..I SAY "WATCH ME".
I want people to have a broader view on what is actually happening here.As you can see in all my photos with Hernando County Officer Arlene Ballenger that,HEY,THESE ANIMALS LOOK PRETTY DAMN HEALTHY TO ME!
What they do, Is take Healthy Animals, STARVE THEM, ABUSE THEM...So that way In Court they have thin Pictures of them, For evidence to View.NOT!
You might Have a UPS TRUCK filled with reciepts for food and everything else, and they might claim,because your names not on that reciept, doesnt prove anything. Well Lets see, Im 120 pounds, I dont think I could lift a Round Bale of hey weighing 1500 pounds.NOR HIDING IT! They Dont fear commiting perjury in Court. Because Dont you get it, There all in on it!

Now Julie & Phillip Owned Robbies Pancake House By 50 and 19.They Had the Money to Take care of a Darn Circus if they wanted to.And See'n Julie Every day in Tampa, Julie was non stop taking care of her animals.was a fanatic on the care of her animals! When they took these animals,I went to the Fair Grounds.Looked at Every Horse,Rabbit, and Etc.NOT ONE WAS MANGY,NOT ONE HAD BAD HOOFS<NOT ONE HAD A RIB SHOWING NOT ONE HAD A SORE.This Women Needed a REWARD FOR OUT STANDING CARE AND LOVE SHE GAVE TO THESE ANIMALS! Instead,She had there Click of People Taring her Reputation Down,So she wouldnt get help.and Destroyed this Women and Family.I WALKED UP TO ARLENE BALLENGER AND SAID"YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A LIE"N THEIF"!

Agency struggles to save animals

St. Petersburg Times - St. Petersburg, Fla.
Hernando County Animal Services' only telephone line rang busy most of Monday morning.
Outraged and saddened by the plight of more than 150 neglected animals rescued from a 20-acre Spring Lake ranch on Friday, callers wanted to know how to help.
"This is the saddest part of animal control," said animal services director Jim Varn as he walked down a long row of cages, each tagged with red plastic to indicate the animal came from "Heaven and Earth" ranch - so-called because of a sign found over the stables.
Most of the livestock and pets were moved to the Hernando County Fairgrounds, the only place big enough to house them all.
The owner of the animals, Julia Hornik, 50, 25863 Old Spring Lake Road, was out of state Monday, but will face animal neglect and cruelty charges upon her return, officials said.
With a hound dog draped over his arms, Spring Hill veterinarian Mike Brannan teetered on a bathroom scale while an assistant read the gauge. A quick bit of math told him the fully grown dog weighs just 92 pounds.
The largest of the dogs rescued was a black and white Great Dane, whose untreated broken leg had become severely swollen.
Despite efforts to treat an infection, the dog had barely moved since arriving at the fairgrounds and her condition had not improved. She was humanely destroyed Monday.
"It was a long shot, but she was too far gone," said Brannan, who tended to cats and dogs. "I won't let her suffer."
So far, the Great Dane was the only animal humanely destroyed, but several cats with potentially terminal upper respiratory infections are being monitored, Varn said.
Outside, across from a small lot filled with sunburned and mangy potbellied pigs, Missy Ott kept vigil over more than 30 rabbits.
"When I saw pictures of the animals, I just had to come up," said the Port Richey woman, who is a member of the House Rabbit Society, an organization devoted to domesticated rabbits.
Despite the summer heat, many rabbits huddled together in their wire cages.
Many of the Angora rabbits will have to be shaved for relief from fur that has become so matted that they can't properly dispose of waste, Ott said. When they were rescued on Friday, the rabbits were in cages with feces 6 inches deep and with food and water full of fungus, Varn said.
Nearby, 40 stables housed confiscated horses, llamas and donkeys. Most of the animals are underweight and have skin conditions. Many of the stallions bear scars that come from keeping unneutered male horses together, Varn said.THATS ALL A LIE!

One miniature horse, her feet malformed from lack of hoof maintenance, sat near her lame month-old foal.
This wasn't the first animal rescue from the Heaven and Earth ranch. Charlene Hart, a volunteer from the Hernando Emergency Animal Response Team, said the group rescued five horses from Hornik last year, some with broken shoulders and legs. Since then, all five have recovered and been adopted.
On Wednesday, a vet specializing in large animals is expected to assess the larger animals.
Varn said the animals will remain at the fairgrounds indefinitely while their condition is assessed. He expects a fitness hearing in court later this week to determine whether the animals should be taken from Hornik.
Hornik will face 157 counts of animal neglect - one for each animal seized - and at least one felony charge of animal cruelty, Varn said. Each misdemeanor charge carries a maximum of one year in jail and a $5,000 fine. If convicted of the felony count, she could get as much as five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Assistant State Attorney Bill Catto said he has not seen the case yet, but that his office has handled animal cruelty cases in the past.
"When we see this sort of thing, we take it very seriously," he said.
The animals won't be up for adoption until after the fitness hearing. Varn said his office would alert the public when that time came.
Although his agency is funded by the county, Varn said, they will likely need donations of money and feed to meet the immediate crisis. To help out, call Animal Services at 796-5062 - if you can get through.
"I know there is more of this out there (in Hernando County)," Varn said. "We just haven't found it. It may be on a smaller scale, but it's there."

I THINK JILL BASH SCREWED UP TELLING ME ABOUT JULIE HORNIKS HORSES,TELLING ME SHE GOT THEM BECAUSE HER HUSBAND DIED. HER HUSBAND DIED AFTER THE FACT THEY ATTACKED THIS LADY.
   WHAT JILL DIDNT KNOW, WAS I LIVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM JULIE, THAT OWNED RESTRAUNTS ALONG THE WEST COAST, JULIE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS TAKING CARE ANIMALS. SHE WOULD BE WITH THEM 24/7.YOU CAN'T HELP BUT TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN A ANIMAL NEEDS AID.
   BUT I FOUND OUT JILL AND PATRICK BASH HER WHAT EVER HE IS, BUZZARD.. NOT SURE.THINKS HE PLAYS GOD IN A BAND AND IT SUCKS. DROVE A SEMI, THAT WAS THE WAY THEY EVEN SAID HOW THEY STOLE THE DOG KENNELS AT RANCH HAND IN NOV. 24 2005. LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY ASKED ME THERE FOR DINNER, SO THESE PEOPLE KNEW WERE I WAS AT, TO COME TO MY HOME AND BUG IT, INSIDE AND OUT./DELETE FILES.
   I FEEL BAD FOR JULIE AS I WITNESS ALL THE ANIMALS THEY STOLE FROM HER. NOT ONE HAD A RIB SHOWING, NOT ONE HAD A SKIN PROBLEM, OVIOUSLY NONE LOOKED WORMY.I KNEW THAT WHEN I WENT TO THE FAIR GROUNDS, AND THERE WAS 157 ANIMALS THERE WHEN SHE HAD 250 ANIMALS,A LOT NOT ACCOUNTED FOR..
