| August 25 2001 # 2001-15688 Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy Fribley-Lykes,Gloria responded to my call into the Hernando County Sheriffs Dept.I was on my way out the front door when 2 of my wolfs darted out it.I thought to myself,I'll catch them in a second,that it would only take me 3 minutes to feed my horse,and then get them in.My horse was by my home with feed barrell right near the house,that it wouldn't take long. Louise Jones And Darrell Mullins Poisened Shatonga,Shonta,And The Neighbors dog Mongita.By throwing Antifreez into the yard.Did the sheriffs dept do anything?NO!Charges should of been (Severe Crulty to animals)
I turned around keeping a close eye on them both, I noticed one near my front gate on the inside,crawling on her belly begging for help.I noted the other one also been poisened.With Antifreeze. I quickly put the one by my gates in the car, hurried to the Animal Hospitol.Shatonga was in my back seat of my car,she crawled to the front.Put her head on my lap begging for help.She died in my lap half way to the hospitol.I then pulled over my car,at the SPCA on Wiscon Road.Jumped out crying histerically screaming out,"How can somebody be so damn cruel?"I repeated that over and over again.There was no way I could drive. I then drove to I thought Judge Hyslop's house.Which it was the wrong Hyslop's resident's. Got out holding Shatonga dead in my arm's,screaming out "STOP THIS!""How can anybody be so cruel!"I never got help once from a Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy to stop the Crimminal Mischief,Animal Theft, Violation Of a Restraining Order,Prawling, Stalking, Animal Abuse,Rape,Theft,Breaking and entering,Attempt of Murder with my 8 year old son walking a puppy to the mailbox.Prank call's,false report's on sworn statement's. Nothing. Not Once. I couldnt Believe Sargent Holbrook blew that off. Nor from :The Hernando County Animal Control Here's a example of a fabercated report.Title: County Ordiance Violation.So see,that was what they already implanted in there head's to ticket me for. But the thing was they never left the yard to violate anything. Next,she stated I allowed them to roam.When there in a fenced yard, that's not called roaming,that's called contained.Monipulation on report's.The side yard WAS MY LAND TOO! I also do not remember this Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy Fribley-Lykes,Gloria Never entering my home while all this took place to say she saw anything or any vomit on my floor.Because I did not go into my home with Shatonga.I was trying to get her in my car as fast as possable to save her.That report was a lie. I got Shatonga in the car, Ran out of Gas in Front of Winn Dixie, The Manager helped me. Some one ran to get gas, Then, Shatonga was Crawling onto my lap begging for help. I got into gear... Driving to the Emergancy room.. as fast as I could,.. She Died in My Lap in front of the SPCA. I thought and screamed out cryn my azz off, How in the hell can any body be so cruel.I couldnt Drive. I took her to the Animal Hospitol on Deltona Road, They couldn't even find out cause of death.I knew cause of Death..It was real simple! Then I drove to Ft Dade, Thinkn I was at Judge Hyslops House, Holding Shatonga in my arms at the gates, Cryn my fool head off, Say'n "How can any one be so cruel,STOP THIS!"I was torn up for the longest time over her death.My God,These animal's never did anything to any body. .IVE HAD HORSES, THE GUY ACROSS THE STREET HAD CATTLE,NEVER ONCE DID THEY BOTHER OTHER LIVESTOCK.NOT ONCE. "Happy Birthday to me" THINGS ALWAYS HAPPENED ON MY BIRTHDAY OR HOLIDAYS. I was in the left hand turning lane...It was pouring down rain....A semi was approaching the red light but didn't stop, he was making a left into the Race Track gas station on 50 / 275.The light had just turned green, I just started to excillerate,and the Dumb azz Plowed right into the passanger side up front of my van.PLUS HE KEEPS GOING.My Van went into a spin, and stopped where the second yellow block is. When the van came to a stop she had gotten out,ran to the waffle house. A witness seen the intire thing taking a cigerrette break at Mc Donalds.Said it was a Orange Semi that hit me. Ok perimedics show up. Im tryn to get out of my van,they tell me leave my purse in the Van, I was tryn to bring it with me.As I argued with him,I had thought maybe they wanna check for drugs or something in which I wasnt drinkn,nor had drugs. So then..He walks me to the gas station waiting on a ambulance.The Workers at the gas station said,"What are you worried abvout,you;ll get a new vehicle,that the semi will get charged automatically for leaving the scene of a accident.I knew with My luck,that just wasnt going to happen. So the ambulance comes,I get in the Ambulance, but wanted my purse.It had my gov check I had cashed, and my Birthday money.When Doc, the Perimedic brought me my purse,I had said in front of the Ambulance guy, WHERES MY WALLET, it was missing. The ambulance just took off, without finding my wallet.We both go to the emergancy room, after were seen, the State Trooper comes to me said, We are charging you for the accident. Oh I blew up like a canon. I said "DON'T YOU FUCKING EVEN GO THERE WITH ME, THE Mother f---er missed the red light and ran into me. She said, He sayn you hit him on the side of his semi. I SAID THERES NO DAMAGE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF MY VAN TO CONCLUDE THAT.Which was the drivers side. So because these azz holes wrote the ticket that way, I couldnt su for damages. Plus the State Trooper, I was die'n to make look like a Dumb azz in court was to chicken to show up! That wasnt the end of this Story. Days later Doc, The Perimedic that stole my wallet, comes here, after he calls getting my phone number off my vanThen begs for me to go out with him for days. Which is Stephen Segals newphew raped me.. Well my kids told me ,Mom, Just go~ So I go, instead of him making a left into town, he makes a right ,takes me into the forest and rapes me. Then has the nerve to call me sayn his car garage all fell down, his cattle got out twice the same evening, in the cold rainy night. I thought to myself. I put a Damn spell on that man,and it worked. Cops didnt do crap again either! Its always my word against theres, no matter how much evidence I had to where, I didnt have to say One word.That what I was sayn was TRUE! Dumb Son of a bitches here. "This is the saddest part of animal control," said animal services director Jim Varn as he walked down a long row of cages, each tagged with red plastic to indicate the animal came from "Heaven and Earth" ranch - so-called because of a sign found over the stables. Most of the livestock and pets were moved to the Hernando County Fairgrounds, the only place big enough to house them all. The owner of the animals, Julia Hornik, 50, 25863 Old Spring Lake Road, was out of state Monday, but will face animal neglect and cruelty charges upon her return, officials said. With a hound dog draped over his arms, Spring Hill veterinarian Mike Brannan teetered on a bathroom scale while an assistant read the gauge. A quick bit of math told him the fully grown dog weighs just 92 pounds. The largest of the dogs rescued was a black and white Great Dane, whose untreated broken leg had become severely swollen. Despite efforts to treat an infection, the dog had barely moved since arriving at the fairgrounds and her condition had not improved. She was humanely destroyed Monday. "It was a long shot, but she was too far gone," said Brannan, who tended to cats and dogs. "I won't let her suffer." So far, the Great Dane was the only animal humanely destroyed, but several cats with potentially terminal upper respiratory infections are being monitored, Varn said. Outside, across from a small lot filled with sunburned and mangy potbellied pigs, Missy Ott kept vigil over more than 30 rabbits. "When I saw pictures of the animals, I just had to come up," said the Port Richey woman, who is a member of the House Rabbit Society, an organization devoted to domesticated rabbits. Despite the summer heat, many rabbits huddled together in their wire cages. Many of the Angora rabbits will have to be shaved for relief from fur that has become so matted that they can't properly dispose of waste, Ott said. Since then, all five have recovered and been adopted. On Wednesday, a vet specializing in large animals is expected to assess the larger animals. Varn said the animals will remain at the fairgrounds indefinitely while their condition is assessed. He expects a fitness hearing in court later this week to determine whether the animals should be taken from Hornik. Hornik will face 157 counts of animal neglect - one for each animal seized - and at least one felony charge of animal cruelty, Varn said. Each misdemeanor charge carries a maximum of one year in jail and a $5,000 fine. If convicted of the felony count, she could get as much as five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Assistant State Attorney Bill Catto said he has not seen the case yet, but that his office has handled animal cruelty cases in the past. "When we see this sort of thing, we take it very seriously," he said. The animals won't be up for adoption until after the fitness hearing. Varn said his office would alert the public when that time came. Although his agency is funded by the county, Varn said, they will likely need donations of money and feed to meet the immediate crisis. Sept 6 2002 # 2002-17381 Deputy Danny Hart/James Holbrook Some one broke into my home~Took alot of things.The only person who knew i wouldnt be here was Dianne Malannen,Which I went to the hospitol that evening,Called her from there.Told her i was in the hospitol,She claimed she didnt have gas to come see me.I got released at 8 am.To find Things stollen that she wanted to get.Plus the puppy she wanted was gone.They found the stuff at her home.I had gave sheriffs dept a list of things that was stollen.Before the detectives came out to talk to me,They saw at her home what was missing.They put my puppy in another room.Detectives said,Oh it was my word against theres.What kind of crock of shit is that!Plus they never wrote the report out right.I never said the pressure washer was stollen.I said the hose to the pressure washer was sliced with a knife till the figured they couldnt syphin gas out of my car with it,So they cut my guarden hose to get my gas.Out of all that.They didnt do shit!Stole 15 things.The Girl was a nut case, Had Razor blade makes,scar's all up and down her arm! Sept-11-2002# 2002-17381 Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy R.Awi Burglary Suspect Diana Marannan 9287 Horizon Dr. Springhill,Fl Dianne Told me that night she was gonna steal one of my Puppys. I called the Hernando County Sheriffs Dept, 3 deputys and Sargent Holbrook came out while Dianne Marannan was at my residents.I told them what she had claimed.The day after cause I went to the Hospitol late that evening.Called her.She was the only one that knew Id be gone.I left hospitol at 8 am.I knew it was her that did it. Then she did just that, she stole a puppy stole all I had in My livingroom. I drew pictures of what was stollen,Detectives came out following day, Said they went out there, saw her put the pup in a bedroom,and saw what was missing I had on report, Did absolutly nothing. Said it was my word against hers.I drew Pictures of what was missing turned them into The sheriffs department BEFORE I MET DETECTIVES.Dianne Malannan said in my home she was gonna steal a puppy so when i called Deputys out,i told them what she said.Dianne,i met threw one of my kids.she goes to shrinks cause she slices her arms with razor blades,she pointed out what stuff she wanted besides the stuff she got even for a trade.that she was gonna come back for,never paided for.she knew i was in hospitol,i told detectives what was missing for the 8 hours i wasnt at home.she was the only one that knew i was in hospitol,from 11 pm to 8 am.the stuff she picked out was missing.along with the pressure washer cord and hose she cut to syfin gas out of my car to hers.she told me she didnt have gas.so what i noticed whatr was missing,i went down told the sheriffs dept.detectives never saw the list yet.my stuff on that list was in her home,along with the pup she stole.deputys said,it was my word against hers.never did shit.Weirdest damn people in this town!!(Predjudgous Against me)Charges should of been (Grand Theft)Charges should of Been (Crimminal Mischeif) In Fact Joe Crow ,A Friend of Mine I craft with,that lived one block away told me he'd seen the puppy.Detectives didnt do shit! 10-6-2002 Guy Next Door and 2 other guys walked up to my gate started Cussing at a lil 10 year old lil girl. Tiffany Engelsman that was taking a pony ride.She was up in my driveway up near the garage when it happened.My son Dale went out upset over them being drunk coming over here starting trouble. 10-6-2002 No Tresspassing Against Guy Brosie (Next door) Such crack pots that live out here.Jumped my fence Drunk,The chick he was with was striping and dancing in My yard,Cussing,Threttening as we just walked out the front door~It must be in the drinkn water~Guy Surely had a mental problem~ Guy Next Door and 2 other guys walked up to my gate started Cussing at a lil 10 year old lil girl.
