Admit to shooting and Killing a Sheltie Collie Puppy Next to my son that was 8 years old on leash walking in the Middle of the road to the corner mail boxs.Did the Sheriffs dept do anything ?NO!Charges should of been(Attempt Murder)Charges should of been (Severe Crulty to animals)APRIL 27 1995 # 95-6262 My neighbors Louise Jones admitted to Law Enforcement The Sheriffs Dept,that they SHOT A SHELTIE COLLIE PUPPY,Next to my 8 YEAR OLD son,Walking to the Mail box on leash.FACT!In the middle of the road.Did the sheriffs department do anything ?NO!THEY COULD OF KILLED MY SON!I WENT STORMING TO THE SHERIFFS DEPT.WAS ESCORTED OUT!I was Upset that they got away with another Crime,That could of Killed my Son!Did I have every right to be UPSET?YES!Do you Know who Wrote off that case?SARGENT HOLBROOK!In Which I had a Restraining Order Against!They get me,For walking down the street smoking a cigerrette walking my hybrid!Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

              On Feb 4th ,1996 # 95-6262 (WEDNESDAY), my eight year old son was walking my Sheltie puppy to the mail box on a leash.Louise Jones and Darrell Mullins shot and killed the puppy while in the company and control of my son.My neighbor,Louise Jones admitted to the Sheriff's Department Deputy who investigated the incident that she had shot and killed the puppy
while in the control of my son and on a public roadway.No charges were brought against this person for the criminal acts against my son reckless endangerment, assault with a deadly weapon,
reckless endangerment of a minor child nor for animal cruelty, destruction of private property, as well as a number of other criminal violations.Failed to take action Attempt Murder,Animal Cruelty,Reckless Endangerment,assault with a deadly weapon,endangerment of a minor child IT WAS FROM THAT DAY ON....I HATED OUR SHERIFFS DEPT.There just a bunch of idiot's that run the show..It's like going to a three ring circus,their the clown's.

Feb 4 1996 #96-1689Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy Berry (SUNDAY) wrote imformation report ,that one of my white pups I just got was poisened in my yard layn under the trailor.Also on this report,She had shot another puppy under my van parked in the drive way.Louise Jones trys to monipulate the deputy in believing that 3 pups died because of parvo.There has never been Parvo in my yard.Because Louise Jones stated she didnt poisen the animals,the Deputy Berry,did not investigate further.It's been a on going thing,we could never get help with.Things always happened on a Wednesday,or Sunday when Vets were closed.On Louise Jones days off.Animal Abuse. This is at the time I was Bartending at the VFW.

APRIL 1996 #96-8069 LOUISE JONES poisened a 3 month old shephard puppy,yellow powder in ear canals,face down.dead in my yard.know one else lived around here back then.did the sheriffs dept do anything about it? NO!

               June 4 1996 # 96-8069Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy Maiorino (Tuesday and Wedsnesday)noted that there was a yellow powder on the puppy that killed it.Animal Control also seen that the pup was poisened.Neither One had done anything about the animal abuse and cruelty charges against Louise Jones,Seeing knowone else lived out here,and that bothered us but her.Animal Abuse

      Jan 22 1997 #97-01240(WEDNESDAY) Louise Jones after watching me leave to go to the corner store,came into my yard,stole my pony from a hitching post,through my gates,to her home.When Sargent Holbrook asked Louise Jones, If the Pony had a lead rope on,Louise Jones stated "No".
   After Sargent Holbrook came back over to me to talk to me,I asked if the pony had a lead rope on. Sargent Holbrook told me Louise Jones said"No".
   I then asked him to go re-check,Discribed the lead rope.The Hernando County Sheriff's Dept Sargent Holbrook went back over there,found it in her barn.Instead of him siting her tresspassing and for taking my pony,he gave me a ticket for livestock at large.That was Animal Theft again.

How rediculous, Why would I need horse tack, When Ive had horse tack from owning horses all my life,When the only horse I had~Wasnt rideable. July 21 1997,(Monday)# 97-11975 Hernando County Sheriffs Dept Deputy Bischop came on the call from Louise Jones.Deputy Bischop stated that my pig was at Louise Jones home,Which our lands 5 acre plots.There was no evidence that my baby pig broke out of a pen that had a wooden deck,dog fencing sides,block dog house inside,fenced on top. The only way that pig could of gotten out was someone opening the door and neatly shut it again.Ive complained Numerous of times see'n her sneak into my yard,But nothing was done about it.Devin witness'd it,Jammy witnessed it another time.Deputy Bischop did not investigate the matter.I got the ticket again.My kids could never have a pet living here.That was Animal Theft again.,Blasted idiots saw there was NO BREAK OUTS!

PLUS WHEN THERE GATES SHUT, NOTHING CAN GET IN.WHAT DID THEY DO, TAKE PARACHUTE DIVING...BUT ALWAYS ENDED UP IN ONLY ONE NEIGHBORS YARD,CONFINED,TRAPPED IN STALLS.IN WHICH SHE DID BAIT THEM ,INCOURAGED THEM TO GO IN THERE FROM MY YARD.SINCE THEY MOVED, WE'VE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW NEIGHBORS.THEY ARE FANTASTIC PEOPLE.
