| I would love to help but I have been going through hell since 12/16/08 when Magee falisfied citations on 13 cats and the court date was 2/6/09 when the judge helped her cheat eith Cpl Perry and Judge Nick forgot about the dog citations So Magee got angry, falisfied papers to Judge Weis to get Search Warrent for my house and stole my 20 dogs on 12/29/09
Went to Court 4/09/09 Judge Nick allowed me 2 of my dogs sterlized and then Lawyer J McCormic wrote 4 pages inFax and my Lawyer Dacid Perry told me to sign the papers.........and there were 18n Stipulations involved Anything on the list would bring me backe to court before Judge nNick So I returned my 2 dogs to Falkenberg..........Then I had a misdemor charge of animal cruelty- No food and water...........Now I have a jury trial with the State Attorney on July 19'10 all this because I keep writing to president , govonor ,commissioneer, Animal Control Admisistrator Anderson etc,etc. No one will do anything except agree to the corruption And sorry you recommended Dave parry as he joined the Animal Services lawyer J.McDonals Patt |
