| THIS HAPPENED ON SUNDAY SEPT 2ND 2007.IN WHICH THE SHERIFFS DEPT AND A.C, PLOTTED IT OUT TO BE SEPT 3RD 2007.I WOULD EMAGIN FOR THE REASON, THE VIDEOS INSIDE COP CARS WOULDN'T SHOW EVIDENCE OF THE CORRUPTION THEY WERE DOING. IT WAS A SUNDAY, AND MY DAUGHTER WANTED ME TO GIVE HER A RIDE TO GO SEE A GUY IN ANOTHER COUNTY. SO IM SURE THEY GPS'D MY CAR , KNOWING I WASN'T HOME..A.C. CAME TO MY HOME AND SHERIFFS DEPT, BROUGHT CHICKENS WITH THEM, CAUSE KNOW ONE OWNED THEM OUT HERE..PLOTTED THEM OUT IN MY YARD.. TANYA ALLISON AND I TOLD THEM TO GET OUT OF OUR YARD THEY WERE TRESPASSING.A.C. AND THE SHERIFFS DEPT WERE TRYN TO CHASE THEM OUT OF MY YARD.ANIMAL CONTROL TOSSANO AND DEPUTY TYBOR.PRY'D OPEN MY GARAGAE DOOR AND FRONT DOOR, BUT NEVER KNEW MY MOM MOVED IN WITH ME, SITTING ON A RECLINER WATCHING EVERY THING. BUT SHE COULDNT MOVE BECAUSE SHE JUST HAD A HIP AND LEG SURGURY. |

JOHN TOSSANO CHISELLED OUT MY GARAGE DOOR TO BREAK IN LET MY TWO LOOSE INSIDE.LEFT THE DOORS WIDE OPEN WHEN I APPROACHED MY HOME.THEN WROTE IN THE REPORT,I LET MY ANIMALS ROAM LOOSE.THATS A CROCK OF SHIT,EVEN WHEN MY INTIRE YARDS FENCED.AND THE PROPERTY NEXT DOOR IS ALSO OWNED BY ME. |
| I WENT TO VISIT STAR WALKING TO THERE FILTHY DUMP,TO NOTICE NO FOOD ,NO WATER, PENS FILLED WITH FECES AND URINE IN THE WALK WAYS.KNOW ONE BLEACHING THE FACILITY FOR PARVO.I BROUGHT HER DOG BISCKETS,AND TOSSANO SAID HE GOT HIM TO TRUST HIM TO UTHILISE HER. MONTHS LATER I ASKED HIM WHERE STAR WAS, HE SAID SHE WENT TO A GOOD HOME. SUCH LIARS,ITS PATHETIC. |

I SAID YOU CAN;T GO AROUND STEALING PEOPLES ANIMALS.HE REPLIED ATTY JOHN JOUBEN TOLD ME TO TELL YOU TO GO MAKE A COURT HEARING. I SAID THATS NOT PROCEDURE ,YOUR SUPPOSE TO TICKET ME,GIVE ME A COURT DATE. I WAITED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND FINALLY RECIEVED A COURT DATE A DAY OR TOO BEFORE SEPT FRIDAY THE 13TH,2007.. IN WHICH THEY DIDNT PUT MY NAME ON THE DOCKIT,NOR HAD COURT TO WHERE ANYONE ELSE COULD HEAR IT. JUDGE SCAGLIONE STOLE STAR,SAID I COULDNT HAVE HER BACK BECAUSE NOW SHE WAS PROPERTY ON A.C.BULLSHIT. FAILED DU PROCESS AGAIN,COLOR OF LAW. |
| 9-11-2007 This whole thing makes me sick,I begged them to please let her out to be walked.I said these pens are so small,and its so cruel. So Star was Rubbing up against the pen,Tryn to get to me cryn.I kept tryn to touch her to calm her down,But it really wasnt working very well. So I asked one of the ladys that worked there~"Let me in her Kennell so I can lay with her and hold her" She let me in,I dont think anyone has ever asked to do such a thing before.But My animals were NEVER like Animals to me,They were my kids.I was proud kissing them on their lips~Nor them kissing me on My lips~These guys were my life~The only thing I surrounded myself all My life was wolves.And now~They wanna take my last two,Making it a Crime I wasnt home,and Wondering how the locked door came open. I think Its rediculous there carryn this a bit far.I think Animal Control and the Deputys coming into my yard,didnt help matters scaring them away,not shutting my gates.If they were tryn to catch them,thats what I would of done.But they scared them out anyways. Plus this morning,Ive never seen any Vehicles go back to Ian Fosters yard.But when Animal Control rode around there his dogs were locked in the Trailor.Still are with no sites of anyone taking care of them. If they cared so much about there Chickens,and Guinies and Goose,They should of been penned up.So they didnt wonder over here all the time. Its ok for them,But they make a mountain over a mole hill with me. Today,I went walking.I saw a deer leg,Only two bones layn on the side of the road.I thought,Hmmm.Ill go home and Clean it up,Thats what Wolves love is deer.Let them chew on the bones,If Star ever makes it back home.At any rate~Listen to this.Im walking down the street,2 cop cars Zoom at me closing me off.I thought what the FUCK NOW? They said what are you doing?I said Im waiting on a ride,to pick me up.They said whats that in your hands,I said a deer bone(WHAT THE FUCK DOES IT LOOK LIKE?).They said what are you doing with it?I thought,DOES EVERY ONE IN THIS DAMN TOWN DRINK THE WATER OR WHAT?Mind you,Every one knows me Here~ I said Im giving it to my Wolfhybrid once I clean it up.I SAID IS THAT AGAINST THE LAW OR WHAT?They said NO.I thought WHAT IN THE HELL IS THEIR PROBLEM?CANT THEY STOP HARRASSING ME? They said,Can You lay it on the side of the road till your ride comes?I said why?People think Its a dead body or what?They said,Yeah they had a call in.I said I only found it 2 Lots away.I said how rediculous this is.So I said,I was just wait right here for my ride.They left.DONT THESE GUYS HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO?They Had a state trooper go out there,Animal control showed up after.I thought,EVERYONES DRINKN THE DAMN WATER HERE EXCEPT ME.I HATE WATER! Maybe the Lyme in the water cloggs up the Brain cells.WHO KNOWS! But for some reason,I dont think Im even coming home friday.Not if they let me go into the Kennel.There plans are once they get me in Jail,They;ll take the last 2 I have. You couldnt find anyone better that took care of there pets.But me.Every where I look,People take care there animals like Animals.Chained up,Forgotten about,thats the story of there lives.I use to Let my run,and play.They werent the problem,it was the neighbors.I use to think,Watching them play in my yard,You guys are so well behaved,Its only when neighbors would come to my gates with there dogs,Open the gate,let mine out when I wasnt home.But not once did the Light bulb go on that the people with these photos at my driveway,Had restraining orders on them 500 feet.So if this problem was corrected Years ago,All this crap would of never happened.My animals would of been left alone.My horse would of never beemn found in the Only ONE neighbors Stall,when there were other neighbors.The Elevator went up,But out of 18 years the light just never came on! |

WHAT HAPPENED WAS BUTCH AND JILL RESCUED HORSES.OF COURSE IF YOUR RESCUEING THEM,THERE NOT GOING TO LOOK THERE GREATEST. BUT HERES THE THING,I WENT TO THEIR HOME,WITNESSED THEIR THROUGHBREDS AND PAINTS DID NOT HAVE A RIB SHOWING ON THEM,THAT WHY ROBERT PACE GAVE JILL AND BUTCH 4 THIN HORSES TO FRAME THEM,TO GO BACK STEAL ALL THERE HORSES.THIS WAS ONE OF THE HORSES A.C. PLOTTED IN THERE HOME.IN WHICH THEY TOOK 2 HORSES TO THE DUMP,SHOT THEM IN THE HEAD AND LEFT THEM THERE.BY A EMPLOYING TELLING BUTCH AT THE DUMP. BUT WHERE THEY TIE IN AT,IS THEY GOT A PUP FROM STARS LITTER,THAT WAS IN PERFECT HEALTH,PROYER TO A.C. STEALING MY 13 PUPS.THEY NEED TO RETURN,FAILED DU PROCESS,BETTER ACCOUNT FOR WHERE THE 13 PUPS ARE. |

Patrick Pace; Spring Hill dognapping Spring Hill, FL - It has been a month of joy and grief for Patrick Pace and his family. First they adopted two four pound malti-poos named Chloe and Christopher. Weeks later, Christopher was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and he passed away. Days after they lost Christopher, they lost Chloe. On Wednesday, Pace took her into his work at Hernando County's Animal Services to have a veterinarian check her out. On the way home, his car broke down near the Suncoast Highway. Two men in a truck pulled over but not because they wanted to help him. They wanted his money. "My knees are buckling because I got punched in the back of the head," said Pace. As busy as Powell Road is by Barclay around rush hour, there were no witnesses to the incident. Then again, Pace says, it happened in a matter of minutes. Next thing Pace knows the crooks take off with his cash, credit cards and Chloe. Pace, a disabled Army veteran, faced combat in Iraq but says he never thought this would happen to him at home. "We just want her back, we're willing to pay a reward," said Pace. As Chloe's cage sits empty in the house, Pace's fiance Justine is full of tears. "I just hope someone has the heart to bring her back. She needs to be home," she said. Their 5-year-old son Joseph agreed, "Chloe come home."
