Updated: 01/15/2011 03:22 pm BROOKSVILLE - The public will be given the chance to pepper their legislators with questions and concerns during the annual Hernando County legislative delegation meeting, from 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18 at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main St. in downtown Brooksville. Hernando County's legislative delegation includes Sen. Mike Fasano, R-New Port Richey, Robert Schenk, R-Spring Hill, Billy Smith, R-Crystal River and Paula Dockery, R-Lakeland. "It's a great opportunity for people to let their legislators know what's important to them," Fasano said. Fasano said he gets better ideas from the local grass roots constituents than the lobbyists in Tallahassee. |

| BROOKSVILLE - Linda Christian (opened a 100 acre rescue a month before hernando county stole my animals,to profit on the side,that she can't have a rescue and work for animal control too.)pulled into the driveway and came upon a man blowing smoke – directly into her face.
Christian, an officer with Hernando County Animal Control, responded shortly before noon Thursday at 18303 Macek Road following a dog complaint, according to an incident report. She pulled onto the property and encountered two angry men. She told them she needed to see vaccination paperwork for their dogs, deputies said. Moments later, they closed and locked the gate behind her vehicle and prevented her from leaving, according to the Hernando County Sheriff's Office. Christian had her window rolled down and one of the men, Rolando German, 35, stuck his head into her truck and blew smoke from his cigarette into her face, deputies said. When she told him to stop, German said he could do what he wanted because she was on his property, according to the report. Christian rolled up her window and German began yelling at her in Spanish, deputies said. She told authorities he banged on the window with a closed fist. He used so much force, Christian was afraid he would break it, according to the report. She tried to back out of the property, but the other man, Angel Valdes, 46, stood behind her truck and kept the gate closed so she couldn't leave, deputies said. Christian told deputies that both suspects took turns standing at the gate and pacing around her vehicle trying to intimidate her. She called 911 and the first deputy arrived at 12:24 p.m., according to the report. German and Valdes told the sheriff's office they were angry with Christian for being on their property, the report showed. They were charged with corruption by threat against a public servant and assault, both misdemeanors. But after looking at a lot of paperwork filed in the court, I don't think it is just co-incident that the 100 Acres Woods came into existence at exactly the same time the county trumped up a bunch of unfounded charges to take the animals away from Sharon Schwindt who ran a wolf rescue. Now some of Sharon's charges may be exaggerations, but everyone I have been able to check out has been accurate. And given the what I see from the court papers I'll trust Sharon a lot further than anyone from Animal Services or the County Attorney's office. It is unfortunate that I can't publish the court papers this moment but if anyone wants to see them, I would suggest they attend the Meet Your Legislator on Tuesday. I'll bring the papers with me. | My experience with Animal Services isCpl Loretta Magee who wrote false citations stating I owned 13 cats , written December 16,2008 and the fact that the court hearing was .Feb 6,2009. She did not show up in court because it was a totoal So the Judge Nick created a story to COA and called Cpl Perry to agree wit his long story about cqts and I could not have 13 but could hace 3 and I never owned 1 cat at that time alos beause Magee was in hiding she wrote citations for 5 dogs a couple were 13 yrs old or older. So by December 29 2009 she went to Judge Weiss and got a search warrent to enter my house as steal all my dogs.
I could have been guilty of not enough shots or tags and everyone else that goes to court is charged wit the opportunity to just buy new tags But since magee has lied on paper 13 citations for no cats that I ownded and the Judge Nick signs a paper for December 29,2009 insteads of Feb 6 2008 and it's a oops I realy signed 12/20/09 This conspiracy goes on and on I have been to court Feb 5, 2009 amd Magee has steadily persued me from getting lies from a persdn that lived on my property for less than 30 days and was removed by the sheriff 12.30.09 Jennifer Johnson Graham and because her last name is supposedly Graham the Sheriff Department didn't want to deal with her , even though she was drunk and disorderly in fron of he sheriff deputies that were called to heer d=address by herself. I have gone to court with Attourney Perry who had me sing a paper signing 18 stipulations that if I took 2 of my own dogs and didn;t obey each stipulation I would be back in court agains Judge Nick, So I hired the Public Defender because I was then charged wit Animal Cruelty..............well if I could keep 6-Dogs alive that were 13-15 yrs old I don't think that is animal cuelty. But when it was time for copurt She quit ........So I hired Mr Weed another criminal lawyer as I was charged with animal cruelty. Hearings that are set up so the defendants have no chance of appealing their false accusations.by not having the hearing transcribed by a court reporter.
